Lyden af lys was born from the fascination with Your Rainbow Panorama, a large artistic Installation in the roof of ARoS Aarhus Kunstmuseum by Olafur Eliasson.

The concept of the project Lyden af lys is to create a piece of music for a small chamber choir designed to be performed inside it, where the color, the sound, the words and movement are combined in a synesthetic experience and the union of the arts, a tribute and a vindication of the work of Olafur Eliasson from the most sense of respect and admiration. Trying to transport the public to a new perception of the space, highlighting the inherent relationship between light, colors and sound.

The work was performed by the Ensemble Edge on October 9, 2021 in Your Rainbow Panorama, 2006-2011, by Olafur Eliasson. ARoS, Aarhus Kunstmuseum, Denmark.
